As we approach the joyous celebration of Easter 2025 and anticipate the 200th anniversary of Our Lady of Grace Monastery this year, we invite you to join us for our Easter Triduum liturgies and events. Father Albert MacPherson, OSA will be the celebrant.

Holy Thursday (April 17th): The Mass of the Lord’s Supper will be at 5:00 pm in the Monastery Chapel. Following the liturgy, a Shepherd’s pie supper will be served in the Retreat House dining room. Goodwill donations gratefully accepted.

Good Friday (April 18th): The Passion of the Lord service will take place at 3:00 pm. This solemn liturgy invites us to reflect deeply on the sacrifice of Christ.

Easter Vigil (April 19th): Join us at 8:00 pm for the Easter Vigil, the pinnacle of the Church’s liturgical year, as we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord.

Easter Sunday (April 20th): Easter Sunday Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am, rejoicing in the glory of the Resurrection.

For those seeking a deeper and more contemplative experience, accommodations are available in the Porter House for individuals or couples interested in a self-directed weekend retreat. This offers an opportunity to reflect on this most holy time of year, including the Stations of the Cross, either in the Monastery Chapel or at nearby Our Lady of Grace Shrine. To reserve accommodations, please contact Lucille Fougere at 902-623-0075.

As we prepare for these sacred celebrations and look forward to commemorating two centuries of faith and service at Our Lady of Grace Monastery, we welcome you to be part of our community during this special time.
